Mee Mee Mee Mo
Another year has come and gone. And with it, memories, friends and loved ones as well.
To the people I've met, may we build relationships that will last for the years to come. May 2013 serve as thee just me force that binds us together.
To the friends I've kept, may this continue for many years after. We've shared some memories in the past, it's time to make some more.
To the close friends I've kept and gained, thank you for keeping me in check, my insanity might come off every now and then if left unattended. Thank you for always being there for me, even when I don't want you.
To the new family I've found, I'm looking forward to the next 4 years of working with you. And many more of being with you.
To the people I've hurt, I'm sorry. No further explanation is needed, nor will suffice, but just know that even if you don't forgive me, I'll still try to better the things I've done.
To the people that hurt me, you are forgiven. Wounds are meant to heal, scars are meant to fade. Let's keep that in the past and look forward to the future.
To my bestest friends, I love you guys, always remember that. We may have our ups and downs, we may have lost some connection every now and then, but always know that you could always find me when you need me. Let 2013 create much more awesome memories with you guys.
To the best friend I've made, lost, and eventually befriended again, I'm kind of glad to have you back again. I know we won't be seeing much of each other any time soon, but I wish you all the best, with everything.
To the most wonderful girl that I've spent the year with, thank you for always being there for me. Here's to 2013 for us, and many many more years to come. Hoping to spent the rest of my life with you. I love you >:)<
Happy New Year everyone! May 2013 be your year :D
God bless!

Delta-Life Moments - Frog's Cousin
The toad. Well, not really its cousin, it's just that they look similar and they are often mistaken for the other. More like a brother, come to think of it. But I'm talking about that toad.
I'm talking about the ToaD.
I rarely read, and that's something every single one of my friends can attest to. I really dislike reading. Out of the 16 books we were required to read in high school, I only actually read 3, the rest I got info on from the internet, mostly SparkNotes. Other than that, the only other books I've read are from the Harry Potter and the Artemis Fowl series. And that's probably it.
Short stories, I'm not very fond of as well. But I read them more frequently than books and online series and what not. Very rarely can short stories get me addicted to them. And there's this one special series that have gotten really really close to me. And it's written by none other than my best friend.
We are both pretty much confused and puzzled about the origins of our friendships. What we both know is that suddenly we became friends through the Lonely Elective Gazebo (see previous post), then somehow we became close friends, and now were pretty much the best of friends.
Now were pretty much somehow like those new stereotypes for best friends, you know, ones who curse each other to death, basically the opposite of what best friends were originally thought to be. And along with this, there are a lot more stupid, crazy, weird, awkward, random and basically events that do not make any sense that has happened between us compared to the ones that do make sense. And somehow, these things keep us together.
This person has completely changed my life ever since we've became best friends. I still can't get over some of the weird things that has happened between us. But beyond these, it can't be helped to get on each others' nerves. I mean, she have ditched me more times than she showed up this semester, she have replaced (not really, but it feels like it, haha) me with her new best friend/s in Ateneo, and some more other stuff. Other than that, I have aggravated her on more than a few occasions as well.
But beyond all of these, she's still my best friend. And she will probably be for a really long time, beyond bad stuff, beyond not-so-awkward-anymore late night conversations, beyond all of these, and even beyond being a distant relative to someone I personally dislike (possibly a frog, cause this could be a title reference as well, haha).
I only hope, though, that this will not be like my other 'best friend' stories. Or so to say, 'ex-best friend' stories.
A/N: Cause she'd probably read this sooner or later, yes, this is a dedication post for you. Can't I not? It's almost the end of the year anyway, hahahaha xD. Hi Thea >:D<

Delta-Life Moments - Lonely Elective Breaks
A/N: This was supposed to be for yesterday, but for some unforeseen circumstances, we went to the beach, I got stung by a jellyfish and got bitten by a shark. For the record, this took me 4 hours to write cause I lost my 9 fingers. The shark then became full of my finger food. Hahaha.
There came a time in high school where there was a common 2 and a half hour breaks for everyone, somewhere in the lines of two class periods plus a small break. And you get to fill up those periods with an elective. But you only get one. And the schedule (usually) is either the first or the second period. Sadly, the elective I liked was at the second period, but most of the other electives were in the first. So it was pretty much quiet of juniors during the first period. Except for this one gazebo.
This certain gazebo had a mixture of students from different sections. And they also came from different electives. And somehow, because of the schedule, those people would then become a group of really good friends. One that no distance could completely separate them all. And until now, they pretty much still are together.
We, pretty much are.
<Darren, Angelei, Marlo, Jeremil, Leif, Lianne, Ria, Thea, Jia, Justin, Edmond, Maki, Dennis, Quina> + [Patrick, Kenneth, Jelor, Ronida, Kerwin, Jaren]
If any one of you guys reads this, please, I'm begging, can we please already have our overnight? Please?
A/N: Nah, none of those stuff (jellyfish, swimming, shark) ever happened,I was just too lazy to post this early, and I wasn't home yesterday. Yey

Day 5 - Friends
Teehee, sorry for the late post. Was up all night last night playing, so, yeah.
Anyway, friends.
I don't know why, but I'm currently finding it hard to write about this topic, even though I have already written another about it (albeit, on a more economic point of view, click here to read). But one thing I can say though, is that even with my relatively wide scope of people I'm in good terms with, there are only a handful which I can truly call my friends.
For the last two years, break time has never been the same for me. Ever since a friend of mine introduced us into playing his board/card games, I've been hooked. And after a while, it's been tradition to play during breaks or whenever we're free. And the fun part is that my other friends also seem to be hooked, even some other people who don't usually stay with us play every once in a while. So for making the past two years really really fun and entertaining and for never seeming to run out of ideas, thank you Justin.
Of course with games, it's never fun to play with only yourself. That's where your other friends come in. Eventually this sense of being only a player to another will fade and you will tend to hang out with them more and more. Even though we have not been exactly the closest of friends, I'm still glad you guys are around to play with. Edmond, Maki, Jia, the games will never have been as epic without you guys.
Games aren't the only thing in friendships. The relationship in itself is the most crucial part. Being there when needed, having someone to talk to about stuff, all these also is a part of every friendship. But you can't help but have some friends who talks some sense into you every once in a while, and that's one way to test the strength of your friendship. And Quina and Ria have never failed to be there when I need someone to talk to, or you know, just to be there.
Usually girl (space) friends are the ones whom you go to (if you're a guy, then again, also if you're a girl) for serious conversations. But guys could also make for good conversations, even though there may (usually) arise random spurs-of-the-moment jokes and whatnot. And they're usually the more loyal once who'd stick with you no matter what (no offense to anyone). Three years have I been stuck with these guys, and even now we question the sole foundation of our friendship, but I wouldn't have Marlo nor Leif any other way (no, I do NOT know what you mean).
Almost everyone has their close friend of the opposite gender. Usually to be the one to talk you out of (or sometimes even into) something stupid, to knock some sense to you, and basically be your opposite-gender-conscience. But sometimes, they're also your go-to person to talk to about random problems concerning other friends and people. But no matter what happens and what stupid, crazy, whacked-up thing you do, they'll always have your back (and quite possibly still have random normal-but-supposed-to-be-really-awkward conversations with them). Just so you know Thea, I'll still be setting up my alarm just to be able to request.
So I guess that's it then?
Ha, heck no. I could never forget that one friend of mine.
The one best friend that have seen me at my best and at my worst. The one who fits all the description above (except anything game related, you have a really strong self-control, I salute you for that). The one whom you'd trust with your life. The one whom you'd trust with your heart.
For some reason, I always end up liking my best girl (space) friend, and always end up failing (usually, the demise is caused by my best guy (space) friend). I don't know why this is, but somehow, it just is.
Well, to be honest, I really don't know what else to say (actually, I do, but it might cause a general reaction to people, don't worry though, it's not R-18). Just that you're the best friend I've always wanted to have, the best friend that have stuck with me for three years through ups and downs. And for that, and countless many others, and yeah, thanks for everything, Angelei. (To anyone wondering, yeah, it's her)

All The Right Friends in All The Right Places
A/N: The title obviously does not belong to me, credits goes out to "All The Right Moves" by One Republic.
So apparently, today is my birthday. And as a tradition, I try to keep it as secret as possible to know who actually remembered.
First year, only one person did honestly remember. I wasn't expecting for anyone, but she pulled through. And until now, she still does. Even if I still point out how much you seem to not care about me, you're still one of the best friends I could ever ask for. Yes Ria, I'm talking about you >:D<.
Then came second year, and still, only a handful of people remembered. They easily became the awesome-est people I came across with. Even in our countless fail moments, we all just laughed it off and moved on. And until now, we are almost inseparable. Leif and Marlo, psst-psst-chck-chck-*slurp*-ahh xD.
And this year, I came across with more people who I consider the best circle of friends I ever had. We may not be the best group ever created, and with all our weird antics and numerous inside jokes that makes no sense at all, we may never be, but in my books, no one can ever top you guys. Maki, Thea, Jia, Justin, Quina, and the occasional Jeremil, you guys are just the best :D.
And finally, this goes out to one special person, to me anyways xD. The only person who knows me inside out, and may know me even better than myself at times. By far the only best friend I had to ever put that much effort into someone without asking for anything in return. Even only knowing her for around one and a half years, had proven herself to be one hell of a best friend. We may not always be there for each other at times, but I do know she got my back whenever I need it. Thanks for everything (and the gift, which I will use one way or another ;)) Angelei :).
Now I realize that even though at times, I may feel alone, in the long run, I will never be. For I have the best people whom I could ask for with me. (Maybe a bit cliché, but why not xD) And together, we are unstoppable. :)
